Billing policy

Essentials is USD $120 per year, Plus is USD $240 per year, and Premium is USD $600 per year. The $10, $20 and $50 monthly figures are equivalents for comparison. We offer annual subscriptions only.

One subscription covers one business. Your full annual payment is collected when you subscribe, and your subscription renews annually until canceled. Review the final total and any applicable tax in Stripe checkout before paying.

Payment starts your subscription. Your business details must also be submitted and reviewed before your Scheduling workspace is activated. If your application needs changes or cannot be approved, contact info@tuffops.com to resolve access and billing.

You can cancel renewal from Manage billing. Cancellation preserves paid access until the end of the paid period. Upgrades show a quote before confirmation, and additional capacity becomes available after payment is confirmed. Downgrades take effect at annual renewal; reduce active resources to the new plan limits to keep accepting bookings. Existing appointment history is retained.

If a payment fails and the payment grace period ends, new bookings and capacity increases are paused. Keep your payment method current through Manage billing. Contact info@tuffops.com with billing questions.
