What is a worker, and what is a staff login?
A worker is someone customers can book. A staff login lets a team member manage the calendar. One receptionist can manage several workers. Customers never use a staff seat.
How does annual billing work?
You pay $120, $240 or $600 upfront for a full year. The $10, $20 and $50 monthly figures help compare plans. There is no monthly payment option. Review any applicable tax at checkout.
How do my customers find me?
Every business gets a short named booking link to share. Premium also supports one verified custom subdomain, such as book.yoursalon.com.
Can I upgrade or cancel?
Review a quote before confirming an upgrade. Downgrades take effect at annual renewal. Cancel renewal from your billing account; paid access continues through your paid period.
What happens after I subscribe?
Complete your business details and submit them for review. Once approved and ready, an email invitation lets you activate your owner account, set your availability and start sharing your booking link.
